Designed for clarity, consistency, and usability, it helped streamline communication across departments and align team expectations. Objective: Design a structured, easy-to-navigate booklet that organizes key production workflows, responsibilities, and internal resources—ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. Role: Led the design phase of this multi-team project, collaborating with stakeholders from operations, creative, and leadership. Translated complex content into an accessible, professional format. Oversaw layout development, typography, and visual hierarchy, while coordinating with contributors and managing final production delivery.
