Objective: To produce a polished, client-facing sales presentation booklet that communicates TQL’s capabilities, values, and results-driven culture. The goal was to leave a strong impression with prospective clients and reinforce the company’s commitment to operational excellence through a high-quality printed piece.
Role: I contributed to early concept development and took full ownership of the project from layout design to final production.
Responsibilities included:
• Designing a 15-page custom layout to balance strong visuals with key messaging
• Refining content presentation across inside spreads for flow and clarity
• Managing all design revisions and production details
• Collaborating with the printer to determine the most effective binding solution for durability and presentation quality
Results
• Delivered a professionally printed sales booklet used in client meetings and presentations
• Helped elevate the perception of TQL’s brand by aligning design with the company’s high standards
• Received positive internal feedback for the layout’s clarity, structure and premium execution
• Set a visual and functional benchmark for future sales materials
Take away: This project emphasized the power of thoughtful design in sales communication. Beyond aesthetics, it was an opportunity to support the sales team with a tangible, well-structured tool that reflected the company’s values and professionalism. Managing both creative and production logistics also reinforced the importance of cross-functional collaboration.
