Objective: As part of TQL’s annual holiday celebration, I developed a DIY color-and-cut ornament concept for Kids Club participants. This family-friendly craft was designed to creatively engage children during company-wide festivities.
Although budget constraints paused the project before production, the design was fully approved and production ready. I led the entire process including illustration, layout, and final deliverables, resulting in a reusable and scalable asset for future events.

Role: Led the design process from concept to completion. I was responsible for the full concept development of the DIY ornament craft, including creating custom illustrations and designing the layout to be both kid-friendly and visually appealing. I also handled all print formatting to ensure the design was production-ready. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with the project lead to secure approvals and ensure the final deliverables aligned with the company’s vision for the holiday celebration.
Take Away: Although the project was cancelled (last minute) due to budget constraints, the design process provided valuable experience in developing a fully realized, production-ready concept within a corporate environment. It reinforced the importance of adaptability and forward-thinking, creating a scalable and reusable asset that can be revived for future events. The collaboration with stakeholders and end-to-end ownership of the project demonstrated strong project management and creative skills, even when faced with unexpected changes.
