Objective: TQL’s company-wide Halloween party, Bootastic; was designed to boost employee engagement and morale with a festive after-hours celebration. The goal: create an eye-catching, playful campaign that encouraged participation while adding a touch of the unexpected through animated design elements.
Role: I led the creative execution from concept to completion, delivering a full suite of branded event materials.
Responsibilities included:
• Creating the event theme and visual identity, combining Halloween whimsy with corporate polish
• Designing all collateral: digital invites, signage, print pieces, and promotional graphics
• Learning and applying frame-based animation in Photoshop to bring an extra element of fun to the online sign-up process
• Delivering final assets across multiple formats for seamless internal distribution

Take Away: This project was a hands-on opportunity to expand my skill set, including learning animation techniques in Photoshop, while delivering a memorable employee experience. It underscored how internal event branding can be just as powerful as external marketing; especially when it includes a little surprise and delight.
