Objective: To develop a complete brand identity for Hidden Honey, a Texas-based honey business rooted in simplicity, nature, and quality. The primary goal was to visually communicate the product, honey, at first glance, using minimalist design elements that reflect the authenticity of the farm and its natural origins.
Role: As the freelance designer on the project, I led all aspects of the visual identity creation. The first deliverable was a clean, effective business card that could serve as both an introduction and a reflection of the brand's tone.
Responsibilities included:
• Designing a custom logo and wordmark
• Selecting a natural-inspired color palette and typography system
• Creating a minimal, earthy business card layout with high-impact design
• Preparing all brand assets and guidelines for future scalability across packaging and digital platforms
• Business Cards: Minimal layout with subtle nods to nature and honey
• Packaging Labels: Custom-fit for jars, pints, cups, and bottles
• Branded Stickers: Versatile for packaging and promotional use
• And more per the owner’s decision with the brand
