Client: Total Quality Logistics (TQL) :: President's Club
Project: President’s Club Recognition Card & Collateral Series
Type: Print Design / Corporate Recognition
Project Timeline: 2 weeks
Card Sizes: 5x7 bi-fold / two-sided
Tools Used: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & XD
Objective: Design a series of premium printed materials for TQL’s President’s Club, an exclusive program honoring the company’s top-performing sales professionals. Each piece needed to feel personalized, celebratory, and aligned with TQL’s high standards, while also delivering a consistent brand experience across all touch points.
Collateral Pieces:
• Folded 4x6 Recognition Card with Envelope
• Custom Certificate for Awardees
• Event Itinerary Card
• Personalized Welcome Letter
• Name Badge or Event Credential Insert
• Branded Envelope or Packaging Sleeve (Packet Packaging)
• Dedicated Website Page for Event Information, RSVP & Program Details
Role: I led the design and production of a folded 4x6 card with coordinating envelope—one of six total pieces in a larger recognition suite. Working from concept through completion, I developed the visual theme, designed layouts, and prepared production-ready files. This also involved close collaboration with the in-house marketing team to ensure tone and brand consistency, as well as managing communication with an external print vendor for final production and mailing logistics.
Results:
• Designed a polished, premium recognition card series aligned with TQL's elite brand standards
• Delivered all components on schedule and print-ready, with strong internal stakeholder approval
• Strengthened employee engagement through thoughtful, well-crafted print collateral
• Established a design system that could scale across future President’s Club cycles
Take Away: This project highlighted the power of detail-oriented print design in corporate recognition programs. Balancing multiple pieces in a cohesive visual system required careful planning, strong communication, and a commitment to quality from start to finish. It reinforced the value of collaboration and execution in producing print materials that feel both prestigious and personal.
