Objective: Founded in 2013, The Creative Acre Foundation (CAF) supports wildland firefighters and their families through fundraising art events. After a brief hiatus in 2017, the foundation returned with a new team, a fresh collaboration and a renewed focus on its mission. The design goal was to revitalize the brand’s visual identity and merchandise, reflecting both the foundation’s purpose and its creative spirit.
Role: I was brought on to lead the visual refresh and merchandise design efforts for CAF’s relaunch.
This included:
• Updating the CAF logo and core brand elements to feel more modern, bold, and mission-aligned
• Designing new merchandise (including apparel and promotional materials) to support fundraising and brand awareness
• Creating visual consistency across online platforms and seasonal auction events
• Aligning design work with CAF’s nonprofit status and federal tax-deductibility messaging
